LAS VEGAS — Marshawn Kneeland was remembered as the Dallas Cowboys defeated the Las Vegas Raiders 33-16 at Allegiant Stadium, with Dak Prescott tossing four touchdown passes in his team’s first game since the death of the defensive end. Prescott’s leadership connected, and he has spoken out about mental health since last year, when he sought help in the wake of his brother Jace’s death, according to ESPN.
Marshawn Kneeland was a 2024 second-round selection, No. 56 overall, out of Western Michigan, whom the club highlighted in its press release announcing the draft pick.
The Cowboys (4-5-1) play host to Philadelphia next; the Raiders (2-8) host Cleveland. The Cowboys said they will continue to honor Kneeland for the rest of this season.
