Lottie Moss Tax Bill Clouds Bold Night Out With Boyfriend Themy Kalaitzis

LONDON — Lottie Moss stepped out this week with boyfriend Themy Kalaitzis as renewed scrutiny fell on the finances behind her personal brand, April 9. The sighting drew extra attention because it came after a fresh report tied her company, LottieM Ltd., to a reported six-figure tax problem, putting new pressure on a rebrand Moss has been trying to push into fashion and entertainment.

According to a Daily Mail report on the outing, Moss and Kalaitzis were photographed in Notting Hill, with the appearance framed as a breezy show of confidence despite the financial questions building around her business.

Those questions intensified when The Sun reported in March that Moss was moving to liquidate LottieM Ltd. over an alleged six-figure debt to HM Revenue & Customs after income dropped following her exit from OnlyFans. The report said historical liabilities and a sharp fall in revenue after she left the platform last year had left the business unable to cover what remained outstanding.

Public records tell a more complicated story. Companies House still listed LottieM Ltd. as active on Thursday, with the company’s latest accounts shown as made up to Dec. 31, 2024.

The filing history for the business also shows micro-entity accounts were filed on Dec. 8, 2025, which means any formal insolvency process is not yet obvious from the public record. That gap matters: the headlines are dramatic, but the official paperwork still leaves room for questions about timing, status and what happens next.

The rebrand was already in motion

Moss had been signaling a pivot well before the latest tax report. In February 2025, she told LADbible she was quitting OnlyFans despite previously earning as much as £30,000 a month, saying she wanted to move into “something more entrepreneurial” and begin a new chapter.

That shift now appears to be centered on more mainstream work. The official Germany’s Next Topmodel 2026 page on Joyn lists Moss as a guest judge in episode 4, the kind of TV-fashion crossover role that fits the broader reset described in recent coverage.

Her reset has not been linear. In September 2024, People reported that Moss said she was hospitalized after misusing Ozempic, a health scare she later described as the worst decision she had ever made. That episode, combined with her candid comments about addiction and career uncertainty, helps explain why any new financial setback lands harder than a routine celebrity-business wobble.

For now, the image is split in two: a polished London sighting on one side and unanswered questions about LottieM Ltd. on the other. Moss may still be projecting momentum with Kalaitzis at her side, but until the company’s status is reflected more clearly in official filings, the glamour and the uncertainty will keep traveling together.
